Thistlewell Business Funding sits between the owner and the funding partner
Thistlewell Business Funding is a small-business funding broker, not a lender. It takes a business's funding request by phone or through the request form and passes it to independent funding partners whose products fit the need. It does not make loans, advances or leases, it does not decide whether a request is accepted, and it never holds a business's money.
Who sets the rate, the term and the cost of an offer
Each funding partner reviews a request under its own criteria and, if it makes an offer, sets the rate, the term, the payment schedule and any costs in that offer. Thistlewell does not quote rates and cannot change a partner's terms. An owner can decline any offer, and the partner's signed agreement, not this website, governs the deal.
Merchant cash advances are a purchase of future card sales
A merchant cash advance is not a loan. A provider buys a share of a business's future card or bank sales at a discount and collects that share as sales come in, under the provider's own agreement.
